  •  How is the artwork sent?

We will attach your print order to the original one and will make sure your personalized artwork gets printed and shipped to the address provided.

  • Where do you ship to?

We ship to all over the world.

  • My art hasn't arrived.

We're sorry your order hasn't arrived. Please contact our customer service (support@personalizedlines.com) and enter your order number and delivery address and we'll be happy to help.

  • What if I want some changes to be made?

We offer unlimited revisions, which means we will make any changes to achieve what you had in mind.

  •  How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is 8-10 business days.

  • Can you work from more than one photo?

Yes, you can send as many picture as you want, the more pictures, the easier it will be for us to draw and make it perfect.

  • Can I send separate pictures of the people I want drawn?

Of course! We allow you to send a picture in a group or individually, just make sure that the pictures is not too bad quality so that the artist can put together the best portrait possible.
