When you complete your order, it is not possible to cancel it. If you want to make changes to your order, you can contact customer service (Support@personalizedlines.com), we will also send the art to you by email when we are done and there you can see if there is something you want to change and it is completely free. If you want to change the customer address, you must contact us as soon as possible. We are not obliged to make such changes to your order, but we will do our best. To clarify, PersonalizedLines is not responsible for situations where the customer has provided incorrect information, e.g. wrong customer name or address.
If a product is missing, damaged, or prone to printing errors, PersonalizedLines will replace the defective product with a new product. Contact Support@personalizedlines.com to issue and refund process based on the reasons mentioned.
Due to the individualisation of the Product there is no right of withdrawal for the Product after placed order.
